Friday - 7 am - 8 am Pilates Reformer (subject to availability)
Sunday - 9.30am - 1.30pm Outdoor Cycle (route decided on day)

Note - *Spinning is included in your David Lloyd membership + Pilates is bookable through William Byrne only.

Sunday cycle is done through Dundrum Wheelers. Note you need to purchase membership through them. Distance is between 70-120km.
